2. What we sell
We sell digital spreadsheet templates (.xlsx workbooks with a one-page how-to PDF). They are digital downloads; nothing physical is posted. They work in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice, and amounts are in GBP (£).
Prices are shown in GBP. Gumroad may add VAT or other sales tax at checkout depending on where you live, and shows the final price before you pay.
3. How buying works
- Orders, payment and downloads are handled by Gumroad. When you buy, you also agree to Gumroad's terms.
- Your contract for the template is formed when Gumroad confirms your order. You get a receipt and download link by email from Gumroad.
- Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the template for your own household or business records. Please don't resell or redistribute the files.
4. Refunds and your rights
Our templates are digital downloads, so they are non-refundable once you have accessed or downloaded them.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to the download starting straight away and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. By downloading or accessing a template, you give that consent and acknowledgement.
The one exception is a file that is faulty or not as described. If that happens, email enquiries@khorneprojects.com and we will fix or replace it. If we can't, we will refund you.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
5. Not advice
Our templates are record-keeping tools, not tax, benefits or financial advice. Figures such as HMRC's £1,000 trading allowance are included for reference. Please check current rules on gov.uk or with an adviser before relying on them.
6. Liability
We take care to test our templates, but you are responsible for checking the figures you enter and the results you rely on. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Complaints and contact
Email enquiries@khorneprojects.com. We will reply as soon as we can.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
